Where do humans come from? We are spirits, aspects of the divine. Our DNA says so.

      Long, long ago, before time began, a little Soul enjoyed hanging out with God. Soul liked watching others come and go and listening to all the conversations. Souls would come by to tell God where they were off to and promise to return. But some never did. To this day, some never have.

      Soul wondered how God managed to be so happy knowing how God missed them. Some of the best times had been with Souls long gone. Soul wondered. And wondered.

      It was decided that it was time for this Soul to incarnate, to push into matter and to go see why these others never returned. Soul prepared.

      Our souls create their own bodies with personalities to match our purposes. The body can repair and maintain itself. It is its own universe with trillions of cells. Personality is the manager interfacing between soul and body. It controls the mind and is the major physical decision maker. Does it hear soul?

      Human bodies have two main communication systems: electrical and chemical. The entire body, every cell, makes and uses electricity. A major user is the neural network, the brain and the nerves which work closely with the heart. Heart/brain synchronization leads to improved emotional and mental well-being, reduces stress and enhances clarity, decision-making, and overall health. The brain links to all knowledge via memory.

      The body is also a chemical plant, regulating and processing upwards of a million kinds of chemicals, molecules, sending them throughout the body via the blood and lymph fluids. One category of molecules, hormones, chemical messengers affecting internal balance, are part of both systems. They control feelings and are influenced by the heart.

      Soul learned many guidelines for living in matter. What to do and not do, the ethics, the distractions, about energy and frequencies, etc.

      When Soul felt ready, Soul made a copy of itself and began to incarnate as a human.

      Soul was well prepared and enjoyed life in the physical. One day, however, original Soul asked incarnated Soul to do something incarnated Soul had learned was not proper. Personality said "No." When the body was dropped, because of this disagreement, incarnated Soul split into two aspects, identical in all ways except one. One aspect was the Soul which asked the personality to do the act it found objectionable. The other was the aspect which refused to do what Soul asked.

      There were now 3 copies of Soul: the original and the two aspects which now had incarnating experience. These two are twin souls. There is a great attraction shared between identical twin souls, a very strong bond, an eternal love felt across universes.

      Original Soul never incarnates. It experiences the physical through a copy and becomes the oversoul. When Soul decides it has incarnated enough, these copies reunite and return to Source.

      At this stage of human evolution, there are many body models for souls to choose from. Souls may prefer to use the same basic model repeatedly or go with an entirely different model occasionally or regularly. Souls tend to have a similar appearance from life to life.

      The reason why souls make a fresh copy of self (an aspect) for each incarnation is that time is neither linear nor fixed, except in 3D. All our incarnations exist simultaneously, i.e., at the same time. Now. We usually have only one incarnation in a system in a given time period. However, this Soul's twin has one known occasion of over lapping lives. There may be others.

      We can influence all of our lives by a decision in one life time. This is how a decision, for instance, can affect many lifetimes. When we do the Forgiveness exercise (I love me, I forgive me, I love everybody, I forgive everybody) we affect all our lifetimes and all our aspects. This raises our frequencies cumulatively.

      Soul entered this incarnation remembering and never learned that it was expected to forget. This doesn't mean that Soul remembers everything all the time. Just that it recalls what is useful easily. It is too much clutter to actively remember everything all the time.

      Soul learned as a teenager to NOT try to forget. A not so good event occurred. This one decided to forget it. In the days following the event, this individual found self forgetting everything but the undesired experience. Everything. Personality quickly reversed itself and decided to remember all. Took several weeks to fully restore memory. Almost. Personality no longer remembered the unread footnotes at the bottom of a page.

      In pondering why this individual does not follow the norm, it seems this one is better equipped to handle the emotional challenges that accompany the traits that many humans unconsciously suppress. This individual is not uncomfortable in messy situations. Possibly due to a near deadly dose of curiosity. Is not especially interested in what others think of self. Has no trouble facing issues that others find embarrassing. Has no great likes or dislikes of most others. The mind controls all. Does logic, the brain, or feelings, the heart, rule?
