Only We Heal Ourself
December 13, 2025
Only we can can heal ourselves. As spiritual beings manifesting in matter, we are in control of our sphere. No one else can decide what happens to us unless we let them.
This applies especially to our bodies. The body has a natural intelligence in its own right. It is created (by us) with all that it needs to carry out the program we have created and maintain itself. The body, however, does not live in a vacuum. It exists with other physical beings which influence its existence. Our reactions to others, the conscious and unconscious decisions we make, determine the ultimate health of a body. What we believe, what we listen to, what we wish, what we accept or refuse to accept, all affects the conditions of a body. The energy levels, the vibrational rates we choose to live with, sets the conditions of the body.
If we believe eating is good for the body it will be more beneficial than if we believe it is bad. If we think 7 hours of sleep/night is good for our body and we only get 4, we will not feel as well as if we believe we are getting enough sleep whatever amount we get. If we believe ingesting chocolate is bad, it will be. If we believe a glass of wine a day is good, it will be. If we believe eating spinach, is good, it will be. If we believe eatng spinach is bad, it will be. If we have no belief about spinach, we will get the usual benefit from eating spinach.
If we have no conscious or unconscious belief, the usual physical rules apply. However, as soon as we have a belief, it affects the rules. If someone tells us their belief and we accept it, it is now ours. It begins to control our world.
It is this control of what we think that is running our life. Many are not actively monitoring what they themselves think and decide. This gives others opportunities to "write scripts" to influence the lives of others to suit their agendas. This has been the pattern on Earth for some time. However, this is now changing.
Earth is in a situation where the energy levels are constantly rising. This energetic increase enables people to see themselves and others in a more accurate way, to better comprehend reality and to better know what is beneficial in a given condition. This is resulting in people seeing ways of improving their current conditions in all ways, especially in health and relationships.
A major area of improvement is the maintenance of our energy levels. We can choose what levels we wish to live in. We can be happy or sad. We can be grateful for our blessings or count our misfortunes. We can focus on what is wrong with us physically or we can focus on what works. This has a definite affect on how the body functions.
Laughing tells the body all is right wih the world. So does singing, dancing, walking in a calm, pleasant, enjoyable place; eating refreshing fruit, listening to enchanting music or a heart warming story. All these actions raise our energy levels which make us feel better.
This writer was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1991. Different modalities of treatment were suggested. One was to remove the tumor surgically. This was appealing. Radiation was suggested. When she visited the providers, their sunlite office was ice cold. She couldn't wait to leave and never go back. Chemotherapy was presented. She had begun chiropractic care the year before, changing her diet and ways of living which made her feel so much bettee. Now she should throw it all away with indiscriminate attacks on the body to fight an invader? She read Bernie S. Siegel's 2 books on changing one's thinking and knew there was something here.
She opted for a lumpectomy, tamoxaphin tablets (2.5 years) to affect hormone levels, along with chiropractic care, as well as imaging techniques to daily influence the body. Tamoxaphin gave her instant menopause. Increased intake of vitamin C, Beta Carotene and vitamine E, however minimized these effects. And she began chanting while driving, as well as seeing Pacman like T cells racing through the body gobbling up all the bad stuff. "Yeah T cells. Go get'em T cells. Get all the bad stuff." She knew the chanting worked because she switched chants when highway traffic became a crawl. It was usually back to normal within 5 minutes of starting to chant. Lab tests confirmed the changes.
She watched funny videos, laughed more often, sang in the choir, resigned as chair of the parish finance committee and from the NYC Auxiliary Police, quit working 70 hours a week. She began powwow dancing, learning more about intuition, and became more active in indigenous life.
She relearned that her decisions affected her everyday life in all aspects. One night, at the end of meditation, she decided she would show the 'face of God' to all she met. The next day she went to work as usual. She noticed as she walked to her work station everyone smiled at her. Most unusual. Normally only those she greeted responded. She recalled her decision. She had changed to those who saw her because of her decision. No more. No less. Intention matters. Again. She had learned as a teenager, once a decision was made, she automatically did whatever was necessary to carry it out without any further planning until she changed the decision while in the same energetic state as when she made the original.
We come in as humans with abilities to know and to choose. We decide how we will act, what energy state we will live in. If we focus on being well, functioning in good health, working as expected, we will. On the other hand, if we think as we get older we are losing function, losing abilities to maintain our body, we will. If we see ourselves declining, we will. If we see self having a good time, we will. If we see self succeeding, we will. If we have been ignoring what we think we should do, we can reverse direction. We should see a change in 2-3 weeks.
What we see is what we get.
If we think we can't, we are right. If we think we can, we are right.
Our choice.
