How Did We Get to Where We Are Today?
March 13, 2025
We have all come by different routes but we are all here together. We are at a specific point in global history. We are also at a significant point in the history of this universe, in fact, in the history of creation. But that is a story for another day.
From a worldwide viewpoint, we are now reaching levels of awareness that are properly considered turning points. We can consciously embrace our oneness and proceed to the next phase in our evolvement or we can choose to go our separate ways, devolving into disorganized chaos and try again.
We living with Earth have collectively decided to advance to the next level. But not all. Many are aware there is an ongoing battle between the light and the dark, between the good and the not so good. There are those who favor service to all and those who choose service to self. By choosing to serve others, one at a time, we choose service to all. By choosing actions which primarily benefit self at the cost of the welfare of another, we are choosing service to self. Many of the people living with Earth naturally work for the good of each other. There are some, however, who work primarily for a few at the expense of all others. This often is a result of choosing fear.
We are currently in the process of weeding these ones out.
How are we doing this?
As spirit beings inhabiting material bodies, we are not always consciously aware of everything that we do. We may even only be aware that we have a choice of paths without a current vision of a destination. We choose a path, seemingly by instinct, and follow it. In this way, we move together in our journey, becoming more aware as we proceed.
This is what is happening now. We come in with a purpose. We follow the nudgings of our higher self. We grow in awareness.
We have reached this point before. The last most notable time was in the days referred to as "the time of Atlantis." We were a worldwide advanced technological civilization. We traveled globally by air and sea via crystal power. A few wished to control others. These chose a manner which was incompatible with Earth. It was in fact extremely detrimental. Earth had to terminate this effort. Her inhabitants severely devolved, forgetting much. This is why we as yet have no collective conscious memory of these times. A few promised to remember. And others chose to ignore hints.
We will soon be more aware of our true situation in relation to other worlds. We must. however, clean up our own house so that we may be ready to accept visitors and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
Once we have made a dent in the cleanup, we can begin to construct new structures which are more in alignment with what we desire.
This may take a while. In the meantime we can develop new forms of energy, locomotion, communication, healing and housing.
The Human Heart: Steps to Heart – Brain Coherence.1, 2
In February’s issue, we introduced Heart - Brain Coherence. In this issue, we review the steps to make the brain-heart connection and then to ask the heart questions.
1. To make the brain-heart connection:
A. Intend to do so.
B. Place finger or hand in the heart area. This shifts the focus [the mind]
to the heart.
C. Relax self by focusing on the breath. Making the exhales longer than
the inhales tells the body it is okay to relax. E.g., breathe in for 4,
out for 6.
D. When the body feels relaxed, focus on feeling a good emotion such as
gratitude and/or love. Feeling a good emotion raises our vibrations,
the frequency of self.
E. Doing this daily [3 minutes/day] may improve the immune system,
intuition functioning, cognition, memory, etc.
2. To prepare to ask the Heart questions.
We can consciously connect with our higher self by asking our heart
questions.
A. It should be something to which there is a genuine interest in learning
the answer.
B. It should be answerable by a short answer: yes, no, or a word or
phrase.
C. Write down/record the question(s).
3. We are now ready to ask these Questions [immediately after relaxing and
making a fresh brain-heart connection].
A. Ask only a few questions at a time. Remember the answer(s).
B. Record the answer(s) in a notebook or a file, noting the date.
