The Human Heart
for February 13, 2025
When a new human is conceived, their first organ formed is the heart. It is the first organ that functions. Science has not yet determined why it begins to beat when it does. It has been discovered that the heart has about 40,000 cells of the same type as the cells in the brain.
The cranial brain has 2 hemispheres that appear to function differently from each other. One operates at a relatively slow speed and controls everyday functions, reasoning and calculations. The other processes very fast. This is the creative part and includes the use of intuition. The human brain is the model for multi-processor as well as other computers.
The heart's "brain" cells all operate in the same range as each other but much faster than those in the cranial brain.
Scientists have also discovered there is a field of information that all these cells may access. They have determined that the neurons in the body's neural network serve as antenna which connect to this field. The brain cells, DNA, neurons, etc., can access the information in this field. This field contains all the thoughts and actions that have occurred, everything that has happened in matter. Our memories are stored in this field. We access them through our nervous system. Some call this field the Akashic Records or the Akashic Library.
Heart-Brain Coherence.1
The easiest way to consciously access the information in this field is through the heart, by aligning the brain with the heart. We call this heart-brain coherence. Harmony between the brain and the heart.
We connect with the heart by shifting from the head to the heart. First, we intend to do this. Then, we move our focus to the heart by touching the heart area with our hand or a finger on or over our heart area.
Next we relax self with our breath. We control our breathing to tell the body it is okay to relax by inhaling for less time than we exhale. For instance, we may breath in for the count of four and out for the count of six, doing this several times until we feel relaxed.
Lastly, we feel an emotion, such as gratitude or love. We are now consciously in our heart. Our brain and heart are in harmony.
The benefits of becoming Heart-Brain Coherent for just three minutes a day are several. We gain a super immune response, super stress relief, super stem cells, super resilience and super longevity.2 We may also develop deep intuition, super access to the subconscious, super learning, super cognition and super memory, as well as the triggering of 1300 biochemical reactions as needed. Ego loops and filters are also eliminated. We are not bound by the perceived limits of time and space. We can transcend perceived human limits.
One of the actions we can take is to consciously connect with our higher self by asking our heart questions. The heart is non polar so the answers may be much clearer. We can also connect with this field of information to learn more about our self and our world in the same way.
This will be discussed in the March issue of this Newsletter.
This path is a choice.
