We affect our surroundings and all we come in contact with for better and worse.
      All matter is composed of frequencies. Frequency is modified by thought. Our thinking, or lack of it, determines our frequencies, our vibrations.
      Sacred places are locations which have experienced good thoughts and have higher frequencies. We make places sacred by our presence while we are present. There is an energy residue when we leave a place which may build up over time. Thus others who visit a location may experience the frequencies left by prior visitors.
      The nature of the activities which occur in a given location thus modify the vibrations which become characteristic of a location. Joyful events create vibrations which feel good. Heinous actions have the opposite effect. Places called temples, chuches, and the like are generally set aside for purposes of contemplation and thinking of spiritual matters which may result in higher vibrations. Family restaurants may have pleasant frequencies. Movie theaters which specialize in horror shows may not feel so good due to fear and other not so good feelings being experienced by those who come there. Battle grounds are likely to have mixed frequencies. The vibrations felt in music stores may go from one end of the spectrum to the other depending on the music and thinking favored by the ones operating the business. A house where communication is suppressed may not feel as good as one where there is much dissension but also much effort to understand and respect each other and so may feel better.
      The general feel, the frequency of a place is the result of all the activities and thoughts occurring there.

      All places which have not so good frequencies are now being cleansed. Anastasis [Earth] is cleaning house. She is elevating the frequencies of all areas of her body, the planet. We can assist by raising the vibrations of the areas where we dwell and work. Otherwise we should get out of the way. It is not wise to remain in low frequency areas when they are being cleared by Anastasis.
      Badly contaminated areas may require extreme measures. Breaking up of the land may be necessary to release negative energies.
      Warnings may or may not be heard by those who may potentially be affected. Developing our own intuition, and following it, may be helpful in this regard.

      Recognizing truth puts us in a better position to deal with it and to survive whatever comes our way.
      It is time Now for ALL good souls to stand together. It is time to heal ourselves and our world.
