There is only one mind, one consciousness. All is known. There are no secrets.

      Humans have two faculties: the abilities to know and to choose. Endeavoring to keep secrets infringes on both.

      What is a secret? A fact, thought, or an idea that two or more wish to keep from the consciousness of others. If only one is aware, it is not a secret. It is simply not yet shared.

      Why keep secrets? A common reason is to spare feelings, our own or another’s. This may lead to worse feelings. As time goes on the matter is not discussed to avoid having to explain why it has not been revealed earlier. Since nothing is actually secret, those not consciously in the know, i.e., “read in”, may consciously misinterpret feelings and thoughts they have for “unknown” reasons.

      Another common reason is to profit, to make money, or gain an advantage. This can have good or not so good consequences. If it is a self defense effort, it may be beneficial, at least temporarily. However, if it means someone else suffers a loss or injury, this is not so good. Other ways should be sought to achieve a similar result. This has led to “hiding right out in the open” or “hiding in plain sight” where there is no obvious attempt to hide anything, just place it where it won’t be noticed. Where no one will see it. One thing those doing police and/or criminal work benefit from learning early: no one looks up.

      Attempting to keep secrets may have some interesting results. My parents spoke French when not wishing us to know what they were speaking about. They abandoned this before the younger ones were born, after certain incidents indicating telepathy was present. Although I can think in Latin, auf Deutsch, порусски (Porusski), and M’hiacanu, French is always a challenge.

      Why is this of interest NOW? The time has come for the disclosure of the extent of efforts to maintain secrets. Ones holding positions of responsibility for government black ops have been systematically kept out of the loop if they don’t qualify, that is, have the sociopathic traits required. Certain ones, such as Dr. Steven Greer, have worked to have laws passed which enable the collection and recording of data on these matters with the greatest safety measuresto date for those giving reports on this.
