How Do We Heal? The Steps

     To heal, we first recognize that we can. The old saying applies:
            If you think you can’t you’re right.
            If you think you can, you’re right.
   We as sovereign beings set the rules for our life.

      Physical ailments show up in the auric field before manifesting in the physical. It may be a good practice to clear our aura daily with white light or other means of raising the frequencies and to process any emotional challenges we are experiencing. It is much easier to process these before they become hardened in matter. The next best time to heal self is when a disease or ailment begins to manifest physically.
      Decide to heal. Choose to take steps necessary to eliminate or to reverse the manifestation. We can raise the energies of the whole organism, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually (meps). This is done through breathing, dancing, laughing, singing, gratitude, thinking good thoughts, etc. We can eliminate the intake of toxins and increase the ingestion of beneficial substances. We can improve overall conditions with adequate and proper rest, hydration, visualization, etc.
      For example in 1992, when diagnosed with cancer, I “saw” white blood cells running through the body, like yellow pacman, gobbling up all the bad cells. I accompanied this with a chant, usually done while driving. Knew it worked because when traffic slowdowns occurred I’d switch the chant to focus on traffic. It would revert to normal flow in a few minutes, much quicker than usual.
      It is not good to ignore dis-ease. The longer a condition is allowed to remain, the more it solidifies. Sometimes, however, we must take care of the root cause of a challenge before we can eliminate the manifestation.
      There are several steps in eliminating dis-ease. The first is gratitude. We are grateful for each event as it presents in our experience. Next is recognition of the full meaning of the dis-ease. Why is it here? What are we to learn? Then we forgive the causes and release them with gratitude and without prejudice.
      We can immediately begin steps to reverse dis-ease but they may not appear productive until we release the initial cause(s).
      As we change the environment we have created which favors the dis-ease, we may see quick reversal of the physical condition. However, if it has been allowed to fester and grow, it may take longer to disappear.
      External intervention, such as surgery may also be needed to stop the disease and/or speed up recovery. This depends on our ability to manage our own frequencies. Practice is key here.
      As we become more adept at maintaining our own physical vessel and managing our thinking, we are more able to maintain our health at all levels (meps) and avoid dis-ease.
      Our bodies have about 50—100 trillion cells. We manage these on a regular basis. Learning to do a bit more for ourselves should not be difficult once we accept that we can.
