We are spirits inhabiting physical bodies. We are here to experience. What we experience is not “good”. It is not “bad”. It is. What we feel, experience, is itself neutral. We may, perhaps, be experiencing it because it is part of our program, part of our purpose in being here now.
What we feel is “good” or “bad” is our reaction to the experience. It is okay to have the entire range of reactions. What is not okay is to hold onto the feeling(s). We feel and then we let the feeling(s) go, release the feeling(s). It is the holding onto a feeling which may cause dis-ease.

We do not maintain our health with this substance or that. We can ingest a wide variety of substances. Effects of each ingestion depend primarily on our belief as to how it will affect us. Our thoughts are more important than what the substances are. Yes, certain items by nature are more beneficial for the physical body as it is constructed. Thoughts, however have the greatest impact on our energy. Everything is energy. Maintaining balanced energy therefore is the more important aspect of being healthy.
The best thing we can do for each other is to maintain a balanced energy field. The next is to think thoughts which help others keep their balance. We are here to help each other.
What we do affects all those around us. Many have heard it said: “Actions speak louder than words.” Observation shows this is true. We each control our own energy field. It is our energy which impacts others. The thoughts we think build our energy field. Are they pleasant, happy, comfortable, joyful, that is, energy raising? Or are they worrying, fearful, sad, angry, that is, energy depleting? This is controlled by each of us individually, However, we can collectively make it easier or more difficult for others to do the same.
Our words express our thoughts. Careful choice of words affects the way we think, how and what is thought. Attention is best paid to saying what is meant and meaning what is said. Avoid labeling something with an opposite meaning. And keep feelings neutral.
Watching how we speak can raise and/or lower our energy levels and the energy of those around us.

What can we do? … What we can do!
Be responsible for self.
Chose carefully what we think, what we say, what we believe, what we do.
We are here to experience with the right to choose.
